"Professional Therapy Never Includes Sex"
A 26-page booklet prepared by the Department of Consumer Affairs. This booklet contains a Patient Bill of Rights and is for consumers who are concerned about possible inappropriate sexual behavior by a psychotherapist. The law requires therapists who become aware that a patient has been abused by a prior therapist to give the patient a copy of this booklet (B&P § 728).
