Complaint Tracking System

The Medical Board of California’s Complaint Tracking System allows individuals to monitor the status of their complaint by viewing updates throughout the review process.

No registration is required. Users simply enter the original complaint number and the email address associated with the complaint. After the email address is verified, a one-time security code will be sent to that email. Entering this code provides access to the system and allows users to view the current progress of their complaint.

Complaints received by the Board on or after September 1, 2026, are accessible through the Complaint Tracking System. For questions about Complaints received by the Board prior to September 1, 2026, please Contact the Board.
